Who we are

At Keepers of Khora, we believe every voice matters. Our mission is to create a safe space for open conversations about mental health. We aim to break the stigma surrounding these discussions. Our gatherings and workshops encourage authentic dialogue, empowering individuals to share their stories without fear of judgment. We foster empathy and connection, helping participants build meaningful relationships. By facilitating these conversations, we raise awareness and promote healing and resilience. Keepers of Khora is a sanctuary where understanding thrives and everyone is welcomed. Together, we cultivate compassion, inspire growth, and uplift one another on our mental health journeys, reminding each person they are never alone.
